Ablution for the five daily prayers and bathing daily to maintain cleanliness and a pleasant smell

Using toothpicks, toothbrush and toothpaste to clean teeth 3 times a day

Stay away from electronic games and television and watch it less so as not to affect the eyes and mind

Doing sports activities on a regular daily basis (walking - running - Swedish exercises - athletics - self-defense games - swimming ... etc.) through participation in clubs and youth centers

Sports competitions in various games periodically
